What's included

Exact contents and quantities depend on the package you choose, so they're itemised on your written quote. We separate supplied hardware from anything we recommend you buy separately (for example extra batteries or a generator).

Buying details

How is delivery handled?

Freight is quoted for your location. Large aircraft and flight batteries have specific shipping rules, so we confirm method and cost before you commit. Pickup may be possible; ask us.

What warranty applies?

Manufacturer warranty terms apply and vary by product and component (batteries often differ). We help you through the claim process.

Do I need a licence to fly it?

Buying a drone doesn't give you permission to operate it. Commercial operation of most AGRAS and enterprise aircraft needs CASA licensing and authorisation. See Drone safety and training.

Where are the manuals?

Current manuals and firmware are on the manufacturer's product page.
